Featured Work
200 Park Avenue // New York
Over the course of five years, Built Films partnered with Tishman Speyer to document the extraordinary revitalization of one of New York City’s most iconic buildings—200 Park Avenue, better known as the Met Life Building. Just steps from Grand Central Station, this architectural landmark has been reimagined for a new era while honoring its historic legacy.
From the restoration of the legendary Josef Albers mural to the creation of the largest mezzanine patio in NYC, this multi-year project was more than a renovation—it was a reinvention. Our production team captured the journey in detail, creating impactful visual content used by Tishman Speyer to communicate progress to the city, engage investors, and pitch future development opportunities.
Lucid Motors // Arizona
From blueprint to breakthrough, Built Films has been embedded with Lucid Motors from the ground up—documenting the rise of their 4 million sq. ft. international manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, Arizona.
As Lucid brought its bold vision for electric vehicles to life, our team was there to capture each milestone—from the first concrete pour to the launch of production lines across every department. We produced compelling visual content that helped Lucid communicate progress internally, showcase momentum to stakeholders, and define its brand as a leader in luxury EV innovation.
Halter Ranch // Paso Robles
Set in the heart of Paso Robles, California, Halter Ranch is more than a vineyard—it’s a nearly 200-acre estate dedicated to sustainability, conservation, and world-class winemaking. Built Films was invited to capture the beauty and purpose of this remarkable property through cinematic storytelling.
Our lens followed the rhythms of the land and the hands of renowned winemaker Kevin Sass, documenting his thoughtful process and the natural harmony between estate and craft. From sweeping aerials to intimate cellar moments, we created a visual narrative that reflects the character and values of Halter Ranch.

OUR PROCESS
Our process is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and clarity. We start with Storyfinding, getting to know you—your goals, your audience, and what makes your brand tick. From there, we develop a story framework shaped by five guiding keywords and a thoughtfully chosen character to drive emotional connection. Every step, from research to shot planning, is intentional—designed to eliminate guesswork and focus only on what matters most to your narrative. It's a creative process that not only delivers a clear and compelling film, but often becomes a meaningful experience for our clients, offering a deeper appreciation for the craft and purpose behind the story we tell together.
